Caliber Contracting started as a handyman business run by two Conestoga College engineering students. When the 2008 financial crisis hit, the opportunity to build something bigger emerged. What began as weekend projects became a full contracting firm — grounded in the engineering discipline and problem-solving mindset that both founders brought from their studies.
That engineering foundation still defines how we work today. We don't just build — we analyze, plan, and solve. Load paths, building science, material performance, and structural integrity aren't afterthoughts. They're built into every decision from day one.
Since 2007, Caliber has grown into a team of nine dedicated professionals serving Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and Paris with premium design-build renovations and custom homes.
